Ruby bindings for KCP (skywind3000/kcp), a fast and reliable ARQ protocol implemented in C. This gem ships the C source and builds a native extension via mkmf, so it works cross-platform (x86_64 / arm64, macOS / Linux / Windows) using the local Ruby toolchain.
