The RubyGems.org website and service are maintained and operated by Ruby Central’s open source program and the RubyGems team.
These are the policies for using RubyGems.org. They are in community review. We are seeking feedback on these policies until April 20th, 2025. You can provide feedback through email at legal@rubycentral.org or the #oss-program-ruby-central channel in the Ruby Central Community Slack. After a 30-day comment period, we'll review feedback and finalize the policies. They will take effect at the end of this period, estimated on May 20th, 2025.
