SimpleHKP is a simple Ruby/rack based GnuPG HKP key server. Its sole task is to supply a limited number of GnuPG _public_ keys to/from MonkeySphere on a limited number of machines/servers. It is _not_ meant to server hundreds of keys, so it is not meant as a truely public key server. If you need to run your own _large_ scale production Key Sever then use {SKS}[https://bitbucket.org/skskeyserver/sks-keyserver/wiki/Home].
