amalgalite 1.7.0

Amalgalite embeds the SQLite database engine in a ruby extension. There is no need to install SQLite separately. Amalgalite adds in the following additional non-default SQLite extensions: * (http://sqlite.org/rtree.html) * (http://sqlite.org/fts5.html) - both fts3 and fts5 * (https://www.sqlite.org/geopoly.html) * (https://www.sqlite.org/json1.html) Other extensions are add that might not be usable/visible by users of the gem.
